What to Expect

What should you expect when you join us for worship at FBC Grandview?  First of all, we hope that you encounter a community of believers that centers itself on the worship and proclamation of Jesus Christ through the testimony given us in the Bible, and our prayer is that you find this community to be welcoming and caring to you as we invite you to join us.  In our 8:30AM Sunday morning service you will be led in worship through more "traditional" hmyns and praise choruses.  In our 11AM Sunday morning service you will be led in more "contemporary" praise and worship.  In both Sunday morning services you will hear a biblically based messge that we hope to be relevant and encouraging while also challenging.  You will find that the congregation dresses casually and comfortably in each of our Sunday morning services.

For those of you with children, our nursery keeps babies and children up to 5 years old during the 8:30 service.  The nursery is located to the East of the Sanctuary down the long hallway.  During the 11:00 service, our nursery keeps babies and children up to 3 years old, but after the music potion of the 11:00 service, we release kids from 4 years old to 2nd graders to "Wiggle Worms," our version of children's church.  For all parents wanting to keep their children in the service with them, we have a privacy room in the back of the sanctuary if that becomes something that you need.

In between our two worship services, we have Sunday School classes for all ages and life seasons at 9:45 throughout the building.  To learn more about connecting to one of these classes and/or plugging into to one of our Wednesday or Sunday evening Life Groups check out the "Get Connected" portion of our website.

As a community connecting to Jesus, we at FBC Grandview strive to follow Jesus and lead others into a deeper relationship with him.  We would love for you to join us for a service and follow Jesus with us.
